You can now securely download your original file through the ‘Edit’ screens for each of your works. Just click on the download icon to the left of each of the products to download the original file supplied to create each of them.

I cannot find the icon anymore! What happened?

This option is still provided - there is a download icon to the left of each product grouping on the edit screens. Just click that to download your original files.

I just tried to Edit Work - there is nowhere listed that allows me to download a full size copy of MY OWN ART WORK!!!!! My external hard drive is damaged and red Bubble has some of the only digital copies in existence!!!! Why can I not reclaim my own art work from this site?

Just when I've ost my entire image collection and thought RB had the image download facility, I can't find it any more! What's going on?

*Fabulous, thank you so much! Well done.* Great idea to have it in our edit area, so that only the logged-in person can use the access key. Far better than the FTP route which some of us were suggesting.

I would say 'about time', but the fact that you've finally got there and added the facility, I can now recover otherwise 'lost' original images is an absolute blessing.
