Brighter T-Shirt Preview

I know that many T-shirt artists are unhappy with the dull colours of the T-shirt previews. I guess the RB thinking is to simulate the loss of RGB brightness due to the conversion to CMYK and also to insure themselves against buyer complaint if some brightness is also lost when designs are printed on dark Tees. Fair enough, but it has been overdone. I think that buyers are put off by the drab previews, particularly the way they reproduce skin tones - they often come out almost as grey. Please, Please RB, do something about this over compensation.

This problem is actually preventing me from wanting to sell any of my shirts. It would be great if RB found a way to print bright designs (maybe put white ink down first on all shirts?). The previews really are horrible.

i support the vote for a brighter tshirt preview.. perhaps RB could get around this by providing a statement on the tees page that tells buyers about the colour discrepancies and why.
        cheers

This is an issue with improperly understand the gamma value of a PNG.
I currently fear the products are all desaturated an won't publish until it looks like the problem has been addressed.
Can anyone confirm the final product is currently not dim and lifeless as the online image appears?
