What are your new ideas for Redbubble?

Order Tracking for Customers

Allow customers to track their order so they can see how far away it is from it's destination. This would provide customers with immediate information regarding the location of their order at any time of day or night without needing to ask RedBubble staff for help (and wait for a response).

    Made a $676 order, and now I am getting kinda nervous after realising that this company does not provide any tracking for the packages.. On top of that, I live in Thailand, where packages goes missing all the time.

    Why oh why is there no tracking???

    I ordered a shirt on Friday April 8 with express shipping (2-4 business days) and I know nothing goes ondiring the weekend but now it's been 4 days and nothing. I ordered something before and no trouble. Im not getting an email or anything. It charged my card but I'm worried.

    This is my response to a lost article.... Hi, The service was great. I do have some more feedback on this transaction for you. The replacement arrived on Thursday before Easter after the people had left to go away. When they arrived home Sunday the print was standing on the front verandah, so this one could have easily disappeared as well. I think it is extremely important for you guys to get a tracking system in place with a signature required on delivery. It really could have been another lost article quite easily. Regards, Dean

    Still not quite what I expected, it is nice to see what REDBUBBLE has done, and that it is shipped and out of their hands...HOWEVER!! It is not very hard to set up order tracking with couriers (fedex,dhl) and forward the tracking numbers onto the customers.... I REPEAT, ITS NOT VERY HARD!!!

    I just don't like the idea of waiting on made&shipped, for a month, in another country, with (atleast to my understanding) no shipping insurance, and no accountability. Come ON!!! It is now 2016, wake up!

    i ordered 2 tshirts, received them quickly. ordered 3 more, received notification that they had received the order Dec 11, Shipped on Dec 13 2014, and now, at Dec 18 I STILL have not received the order, CAN NOT track it despite the web site saying you can, you Can't contact them at all and there is no CHAT or PHONE option.
    I do not recommend this company at all

    Hey everyone
    I ordered my hoodie on Sept. 15th and checked the status of my order, but it always said in manufacturing. So in on the 17th I made an account for Redbubble and checked again. It then said it had been shipped on the 17th so maybe you all have to make an account with the website in order to track your appeal...

    Ordered an iPhone case on the 20th of August, still hasn't arrived 17 days later. By the sounds of it this site is a scam, and if so I would like my money back. Not paying £30 for thin air.

    welk=l I have been waiting excitedly for about 12 business days... now thanks to reading this, I'm starting to worry that my shirt is never going to come. I think that order tracking definitely needs to be implimented

    Oh no.Why didn't I read this before I placed my order. Like many people below I paid extra for express delivery. It was a gift for my husband for our 1st wedding anniversary - which is today and still no delivery even though it apparently shipped 10 days ago - and no way to contact RedBubble. Everytime I try and leave a question I get an error .... is there anyone viewing these messages that can help ?

    I ordered a shirt but didn't get an email from redbubble confirming my purchase nor did I get a ordering number.

    I had absolutely no problem with my last order I received it 10 days after the shipment and I live in France, I'll keep buy awesome shirts on this site !! But I agree that an order tracking system would be great for everyone !
