Show a Posting Date on Written Work
An un-editable upload date on written work. While this may not be legal proof of copyright, it would certainly help and show accurately when the work was first published on BedBubble.

On a side note, I just looked at the comments below mine, and most of them are over a year old!!! What the heck Redbubble?! This is such a simple thing to add! Why hasn't this been dealt with already?!!! I mean, how long would this take your web programmers/designers to add to the site? And that isn't a rhetorical question! Seriously, though! It MIGHT take a day or two... MAYBE a week at longest (Honestly, I will use my programming skills and volunteer my time in order to add this feature to your site in less than 2 or 3 days, if you guys actually don't think this is very important. Anyway, I know what I just said isn't at all realistic, but I mean, come on guys!! This a VERY critical feature to artists and customers alike, and it REALLY isn't that complicated nor time-consuming to add!).
All in all, please do something about this sooner than later. Yes, yes, it doesn't have a whole lot of votes, but is this really that complicated or time-consuming to add to your fantastic site? -

Yes! What the poster before me said: not just on written work, but on artwork as well! This is probably the single most annoying thing I currently find with RedBubble: The fact that no date is posted on artwork. Honestly, I don't care so much about written work, but the fact that artwork has no date on it really peeves me!

I don't 'show' much of my written work, but the absence of such a safeguard is a significant deterrent to me posting any lengthy writing anywhere.
I'd be assured by having an irrefutable "date uploaded" label alongside my work ... but to be fair to RB, I wonder how they could avoid being pulled into any subsequent disputes? Arbitration takes a certain set of skills and an awful lot of time! But maybe there's a way to implement this while escaping the 'arbitration' overhead?

This gets my vote. I've had a copyright issue and it would save time and embarassment if we could see if the date someone else's work was posted. I'm sure someone has taken my image, adjusted it and posted it as a T-shirt. If they had put it on before me..then great minds think alike!...If flickr can do it, why not RB?

Super idea and one I've been wanting for a long time now. I would also like to see a posting date on artwork for the same reason. A date will also give a sense of history to work, written or art.
